Securing Your Booth With Our Priority Point System

NAPE uses a Priority Point System to determine exhibitor booth locations. Exhibitors who have their booth registration on file and paid in full will be part of the Priority Round for booths at the 2015 NAPE expo.

Each exhibitor will be given priority points based on the following criteria:

  • Number of years as an exhibitor at NAPE Expo
  • Number of years as a sponsor at NAPE Expo
  • Date of receipt of booth registration form and payment in full
  • Space size and availability

NAPE reserves the right to assign exhibitors spots outside of the Priority Point sequence if it deems it necessary for the betterment of the NAPE Expo.

After the Priority Round of booth assignments, exhibit space will be assigned on the basis of:

  • Date of receipt of booth registration form and payment in full
  • Space size and availability

After assignments are made, NAPE will send an email confirmation to all booth exhibitors.

Additional Charges for Island Booths

Many exhibitors have requested island booth spaces, and we would like to accommodate as many requests as possible. Since island booths require existing booth space to be removed, non-sponsoring exhibitors requesting island spaces will be required to pay for the cost of the booths that are removed to create the exhibitor’s island booth. Prevailing rates will apply for all booths that are to be removed.
