Role Description
This is a contract remote role for a Title Landman with Drake Land Services, LLC. The Landman will be responsible for preparing leasehold and mineral ownership reports, due diligence, and other land-related activities on a day-to-day basis.
Midland, or Permian Basin area location preferred.
Willingness to travel preferred.
Qualifications
- Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and various cloud drive services
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Negotiation and communication skills
- 5+ years of title experience is preferred, but not required
- CPL, RPL, or RL designation preferred
