Questions, Anyone?

When you plan a show appearance months out, questions and unforeseen events often arise. Here you’ll find the answers to some of the most common ones, arranged by topic:


Attendee Refunds

Deadlines vary per show. If within the allotted time frame of the corresponding show, badges may be transferred for either a $75 or a $100 fee. No registration will be transferred after the badge has been picked up.


Attendee Pricing

There are no discounted attendance passes for one day or half day; the only non-negotiable options are those that are listed on the website for each show: Summit and Summer.


Student Passes

Students may purchase a pass for $75.00 if they show a valid student I.D. at the registration desk at the venue. Student passes may not be purchased in advance. The NAPE Exhibition floor has a requirement that all attendees must be at least 18 years of age.


Attendance Registration

Attendance registration may be done online, at the venue, or by calling Wyndham Jade (NAPE’s Registration Agent) at 888.347.6458 at least a week before the venue date, as online registration will close prior to the opening of the venue.


Booth Furnishings

The exhibitor booth comes supplied with an 8’ high black back drape, 3’ high side dividers, one wastebasket and a 7” x 44” one-line identification sign. Each booth is 10’ X 10’. Two or more booths may be purchased to make a bigger booth. (Example: 10 X 20, 10 X 30).

For custom booth supplies, including electricity, please contact the identified vendor provider identified specifically for each show.


Registering for a Booth onsite

Booth registration is located onsite in the registration area during each respective venue. Attendee badges are not included with the price of booth.


Exhibitor Appointed Contractor (EAC) Forms

Individuals aiding in setup who do not have exhibitor badges must fill out an EAC form to enter the show floor. A Setup Only Badges will be available upon presentation of ID for any company representative (including your contractor) during setup dates. Please note that suitcasing is not permitted, and exhibitors are responsible for making sure that any EACs they allow on the show floor are there only to service the booth, not to market their services to other exhibitors.


Questions Concerning Hotel or Attendance

Any questions concerning the hotel should be directed to Wyndham Jade at 888.347.6458. Wyndham Jade is the ONLY official NAPE Housing and Attendee registration provider. Any other contacts you receive may be a scam, even if they use the NAPE name.


Food/Beverages in Booth

All food/beverage service proffered through your booth must go through and be approved by the respective Convention Center provider. Anyone wanting to bring food in must clear it with the convention center food provider.


Wi-Fi

Complimentary Wi-Fi will be provided throughout the entire convention center. Please contact the booth furnishings provider for further assistance on getting a specific Internet hook-up.


Bus Schedule

A bus will stop at each event hotel, as long as the hotel is not within walking distance of the convention center. All event hotels have a printed copy of the bus schedule.

Booth Teardown

Please note that teardown will not be allowed during exhibition hours.
