For NAPE to generate an official invitation letter, please email your request to firstname.lastname@example.org. When submitting your request please include:
- Full Name as it appears on your Passport
- Passport Number and Expiration Date
- Date of Birth (month/day/year) and Nationality
- Gender (male or female)
- Job Title
- Company Name
- Visa Office Location (country)
- Arrival/Departure Dates and Entry Location
- Embassy Address to which the invitation should be sent
Please note: Only registered delegates who have PAID IN FULL or have proof of payment in process will be issued a letter of invitation. It is the sole responsibility of the attendee to obtain the necessary paperwork for entry to the US. This letter does not guarantee that you will be granted a visa, nor does it commit NAPE to assist you in obtaining a visa. We cannot send the letter to the embassy or consulate for you, nor can NAPE contact the embassy or consulate on your behalf.
