- Freeman will accept crated, boxed or skidded material beginning TBD, at the above address.
- Material arriving after TBD, will be received at the warehouse with an additional after deadline charge.
- Please note that the Freeman Warehouse does not accept uncrated freight (loose, pad-wrapped material and/or unskidded machinery), COD shipments, hazardous materials, freight requiring refrigerated or frozen storage, a single piece of freight weighing more than 5,000 pounds or a single piece of freight beyond the dimensions of 108"H x 93"W.
- Warehouse materials are accepted at the warehouse Monday through Friday between the hours of 8 a.m. - 3:30 p.m.

Cancel & Refund Policy
NAPE Summit event dates will be held Feb. 3-5, 2027. Any registered exhibitor and/or sponsor wanting to cancel or refund their exhibitor registration will need to submit their request in writing to exhibit@NAPEexpo.com.
Cancellation and Refund Options:
- Any exhibitor wanting to cancel an event booth before August 28, 2026, will be refunded at 50%, minus any applicable credit card transaction fees. All cancellations will need to be in writing a sent to exhibit@NAPEexpo.com.
Sponsorship:
- Any sponsor wanting to cancel an event sponsorship before August 28, 2026, will forfeit their sponsor deposit.
- Sponsors canceling their 2027 Summit sponsorship will forfeit the first right of refusal on renewal of sponsorship and booth location for the 2028 NAPE Summit.
